The staff were outstandingly accommodating and provided help. We loved satisfactory breakfasts with “real” plates and pastries. The property had a good and ideal position.

The variety of options available here, the delicious food, the lovely building, and the rooms with walk-in showers make this place a great choice for a stay.

The rooms were nicely decorated and modern, featuring smoke detectors for safety. the hotel's location was convenient and having a shuttle from the airport was a great added benefit. It was at a moderate distance from a Mcdonald's, where we enjoyed a meal or two.

The breakfast with pastries and fresh fruit is excellent. The location is particularly good and unbeatable. The staff is attentive.

I had a back room and it was quiet and clean. No plastic waste at breakfast, but real dishes and cutlery. Breakfast itself was more than American standards and the hot dishes change daily. I used the swimming pool and whirlpool every day, everything was clean and well maintained. The guest laundry was also clean and tidy.

I had to leave one day earlier than planned for business reasons, and that was a little more complicated than I am used to.

I had a wonderful stay with excellent service, a spacious room with cozy beds and a large bathroom, along with attentive and efficient staff.

The staff at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson in Chippewa Falls are outstandingly accommodating. The rooms are reasonably large and updated with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. The hotel's location is particularly good, being only 2 miles from Heyde Center for the Arts. I recommend this hotel for families looking for a nice stay on a road trip.

The room is beautifully decorated and recently renovated, boasting a super comfortable bed, and it's conveniently close to Riverfront Park.

Great stay! The staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean. The continental breakfast had a good selection and the beds were comfy. The hotel had HBO and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions.

One of the key cards didn't work and we had to use the other one. The location could be a bit confusing, but GPS helped.
